Effects of Comprehensive Lifestyle Modification on Blood Pressure Control
Journal of the American Medical Association, Vol. 289:2083-2093.
This study looked at the effects of behavioral interventions such as weight loss, sodium reduction, increased physical activity, the DASH diet and limited alcohol intake on Blood Pressure. This was one of the first trials to evaluate the effects of simultaneously implementing lifestyle recommendations. April, 2003
