Reviewers Comments: This resource chronicles dietary recommendations for Americans starting with the first dietary guidance from the USDA in 1894 to the present MyPlate. The poster is colorful and organized, including images of what the dietary recommendation looked like through the years as well as brief text describing each section. It could be displayed in a classroom or office or used as a visual aid when providing nutrition education to participants.
