Reviewers Comments: Good professional reference tool. SNAP-Ed providers can use information on dietary practices to tailor nutrition education to specific cultural groups. Modified versions of traditional recipes are included and can be used in cooking demonstrations and added to existing curricula.

Note: This resource references the Food Guide Pyramid and provides recommendations for diabetes management, including supplemental exchange lists. Sections including specific diet recommendations and advice for disease management have not been reviewed as they are beyond the scope of SNAP-Ed.
