Assessment instrument Used? yes

Reviewers Comments: This video encourages participants to get the whole family involved in making and eating dinner. It features one mother’s story of how she encourages her four children to get involved with cooking and preparing food for the family. The children also discuss what they like about helping to prepare food. The family works assembly-line style to get a nutritious dinner on the table quickly.

This video would be great in classes with parents, caregivers or families. It would work well when followed by a discussion of the tips and advice seen in the video and how participants can use them in their own households.
