On the back is an image of a playing card, indicating the card is also the size of an acceptable meal sized portion of lean meat, fish or poultry. Inside the card is a list of each food group and foods that count as a cup or ounce from that group. Next to each food group is a picture of common household item of an equivalent size to help users estimate the correct amount of food to select from that group. The card does not indicate the total number of cups or ounces recommended from each group. |
