They may make the assessment look intimidating to unsure readers, but the wording is simple and the questions are straightforward. The survey should not take more than a few minutes to administer. It may be used to evaluate nutrition behaviors and attitudes among grade school children, either at baseline, after completing a nutrition class or series, or both. |
