A simple pair of flip flops can be all they need to improve their health. The poster does include a specific references to Maine – “Maine has a weight problem” – which can be altered to be used in other states and communities. The phrase “Physical activity can be a flop” may be misunderstood by some to mean physical activity is not important. Poster can be printed in various sizes depending on printer capabilities. Most effective when used as a part of campaign including other posters from Maine’s Healthy Awareness Campaign: “TV: This is Not an Exercise Machine”, “Stairs: This is an Exercise Machine”, “TV: Keep TV’s and Video Games Out of Your Child’s Bedroom“ and “Winter Workout: Are You Enjoying the Ups and Downs of Winter?”. |
